Infinix Note 10 Pro Has Impressive Performance

The Infinix Note 10 Pro is a big device with a 90Hz Refresh rate Full HD screen, 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM and 5000mAh battery with 33Watt Fast charging. The cost of this phone in Kenya is Ksh25,999 or around USD260. I’ve been using this smartphone for a few weeks nd this is my review. As you can tell from the title already, I like the performance.

Performance

A big smartphone with big specs is what Infinix have given us with the Note 10 Pro. The phone’s Helio G95 processor which is a 2.05GHz octa-core processor together with the 8 Gigabytes of RAM are the real VIPs when it comes to performance.

Applications load very fast on the Note 10 Pro. Even heavy games like Call of Duty and PUGB load very fast.

The screen has a 90Hz refresh rate and that makes any animations on the user interface very smooth. Since the 90Hz refresh may reduce battery life, there are two other settings to mitigate this. The first is 60Hz and the other is Automatic which switches the refresh rate according to actul use.

180Hz Touch Sampling Rate

There’s something else that the Full HD screen has and that is a high touch sampling rate. The 180Hz touch sampling rate makes you experience ultra smoothness.

I have seen a comment on my YouTube Unboxing video that said that Infinix should have used Samsung’s new cheap AMOLED. Well the next Infinix concept phone definitely has an AMOLED screen.

Quad Camera

I had a chance to use the Infinix Note 10 Pros’s rear 64MP quad camera and Front 16MP front cameras for quite some time and here are the results. First the 4K video review below.

64MP

The main 64MP lens is only used when the option is selected. This means that in normal mode, the phone automatically selects the 16MP option for normal photos.

The 6 Megabytes Kilimani skyline in the photo below was taken using the 16MP option. The photo taken using the 64MP options is 16 Megabytes big and is too big to be uploaded here but I’ve uploaded it to Instagram here.

Super Night

The only way to explain how good the Super night mode on the Note 10 Pro is, is by comparing it with a normal AICAM photo.

Portrait

The same applies to the portrait mode. The phone automatically recognizes the subject and blurs the background.

Front Camera

The front 16MP lens is accompanied by dual flash and here are the different photo samples that I took. The first photo is a normal selfie while the second one is a portrait selfie.

Gaming & Battery Review

I have another Infinix Note 10 Pro Review that mainly focuses on the gaming aspect as well as the battery and charging.

Read the Infinix Note 10 Pro Gaming & Battery Review here and watch my gaming review video below.

Conclusion

The Infinix Note 10 Pro has some premium specifications for a price that is not premium. The phone has a Full HD 90Hz refresh rate screen, 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM, 5000MAh battery and Fast charging just but to mention a few specs. It simply doesn’t get any better than that.

I hope Infinix releases the 256GB ROM version very soon.
