The newest Infinix device, the Hot 6 Pro was launched recently in Nairobi after a four month break. The last device launched by Infinix was the Zero 5 and that was last year. So the new Infinix Hot 6 Pro must be a very special device being launched after four months after the Zero 5.
So, whats new about the new Infinix Hot 6 Pro? Well alot. I had a chance to unbox this new smartphone and this is what I found out. Check out the embedded video below.
Full Screen
The Infinix Hot 6 Pro is the first Infinix device to have a full screen. The 18:9 aspect ratio screen makes the bezels at the top and bottom much slimmer than if it were to lack a full screen set up. The resolution on the screen is 1440 X 720 with a screen size of 6 inches.
Dual Camera Set Up
The rear camera set up is a borrow from the Zero 5 but this time with a 13MP and 2MP lenses at the back. Combined these two cameras produce the much needed clarity in captured images. The front camera is 5MP.
Bigger Battery Capacity
The infinix team decided and managed to insert a 4000mAH battery into the slim Hot 6 Pro. Bless them. Though the battery is non removable, the fans will appreciate nonetheless.
XOS 3 Humming bird
The Infinix Hot 6 Pro boasts of the new operating system known as humming bird that is based on the Android 8.0 Oreo operting system. It is more colorful, fast and has an ambient display that wakes the screen when you receive notifications.
Face ID
Face ID app scans your face and just by looking at your device, it automatically unlocks itself.
