Is The OPPO A83 The Android Phone Of The Month?

2018 first quarter might have been the busiest for the smartphone industry in Kenya, with each brand trying to outdo each other from every angle possible.

Recently we’ve seen a new trend in the country the Full-screen devices that were first shown by Apple and Samsung globally, OPPO picked up locally and did their F5 and F5 Youth triumphant entry and announced the `Full-Screen Era.` Tecno Camon CM was recently launched too and it did not disappoint with its 18:9 screen, Samsung, and Huawei did their usual as we have seen over the years with the S9, S9+ and P Smart consecutively all continuing to catch up with this important market trends.

Most of this year’s smartphone announcements have been pretty average-looking having an improvement on the screen. However, a few devices sported super attractive designs, which instantly grab your attention, and OPPO released one of them this year, OPPO A83. A really great design is something every manufacturer aims for, but rarely manage.

The OPPO A83 has a premium-feeling and fashionable unibody structure which is making it an outstanding smartphone released this year. The back of the handset is simple but still eye-catching, and this simple design element which really improves the overall look of the A83 and makes it instantly recognizable.

It doesn’t try to dazzle you with crazy design features, instead of sticking to the basics. It has a bezel-less design with a very clean, branding-free front and the OPPO branding on the device’s rear doesn’t make it any less gorgeous. The back also has curved edges that not only look nice but help with handling.

OPPO’s phone design made a huge leap forward with the OPPO A83. The front of the device is gorgeous thanks to its thin and bezel-less display, which give off a futuristic vibe. It’s clean and elegant.

The device comes in Champagne gold and Midnight Black colours. You may choose the Midnight Black as this makes it look even cleaner, as the camera, speaker, and proximity sensor aren’t as visible as they would be on a white smartphone.

Like that’s not enough convincing power, The device also packs an array of features including a 7.6mm unibody design; a 3GB RAM that can store memory of up to 32GB storing those beautiful images without lack of space and an 3180mAH battery that delivers all those chat times for more than 24 hours and this only if you prefer simplicity nor have a taste of style when it comes to phone design without compromising on the overall customer experience.

We all know a phone is not just a tool of communication it is also an important way of conveying a statement about their personality and style,

But there is one problem though. Regardless of the latest features of your phone, the one with more and better features is not far off. Long live the innovation in this sector.

What do you think? Might this be the best device in 2018?
